Subject: Letter of assurance for Cement and Clinker allocations

To whom it may concern:

We, Brazil Consult ltd, with full corporate authority and legal responsibility, acting on behalf of the DIRECT SELLER, in the capacity of Mandate and trading corporation, do hereby advise that the Seller is ready, willing, and able to enter into a contract to sell the above commodities, along with the terms, conditions,and specifications stated on the following pages. This letter is to certify and guarantee that Brazil Consult ltd can provide delivery of large quantities of cement ranging from minimum 120,000 Metric Tons per year. Upon signing the FCO and the Sellers satisfaction of the Buyers Proof of Funds. Cement allocation numbers will be provided as proof, with certificates upon request. Please accept this document and its contents as a NONBINDING, preliminary, document extending Brazil Consult ltd interest on servicing you in your business transaction (s).
